Easily 90% of all the injectors I get in here are right around 200,000 miles.
So it's safe to say any A code needs an overhaul around 200k miles.
As for Plunger & Barrels, AD's hardly ever need to be replaced. They came with the Tungsten coating on them which makes them really durable. The older AA's did not have that coating and I have to replace a LOT of them at this mileage. All new P&B's have the Tungsten coating on them, have since late '99...
As for nozzles, I always recommend new nozzles at 200k miles. New nozzles flow so much better and make for a smoother operating motor.
I like to differentiate between a 'Rebuild' and an 'Overhaul', that's why I gave a 3 part answer. You have 'Rebuild' options.
