Big thanks to Jim Rose
Jim is easily the best to work with, talked with him for about a week about sending my injectors out, said he was busy but should get to them. Sent my squirters out Saturday morning, got a call at 2pm on Tuesday saying they were ready, had them back Thursday afternoon!
Had mine rebuilt to 250/100s and the truck is just an animal now. And per Travis' request for videos I'll have I get one of it by this weekend of t will stop raining!

Exactly William, I actually had a couple injector bodies that weren't fully torqued and bleeding some pressure off on the high end. I also had 2 smoked nozzles that I never would have known about. But now the truck runs cleaner all around, but supppper smokey of you roll on it hard. I don't touch the fun tune very often

Makes a big difference. =)
DIY's are not quite as easy as one would think.

I dont want to hijack your thread, but I have to completely agree with you. Jim at Rosewood diesel was awesome. I dont have any real diesel mechanic friends down here in Florida, so between him and Clay at Riffraff, those guys were amazing help with my injector cup removal, and injector upgrade. I purchased some stage twos, and had them within 3 days of ordering. they are way, way, way, too much fun. He was even patient with me constantly calling him and asking him questions. He had my core charge returned the day he received the cores. I cant say thanks enough to Jim and Clay. Hope you have as much fun driving your truck as i do driving mine. .

i agree jim is a great guy, quick turnaround and informed me of every little detail. i bugged him on and off for about a week and a half and he awnsered all my stupid questions. i sent him 8 injectors and within 4-5 days they where back at my my doorstep packaged up nice and neat ready to go.. have 4 of them installed, hopefully the other 4 tomorrow and i'll have my 97 up and runnin. i will be doing stage 1's, a s-d h-pop, full exh, cai, and some custom tunes in the near future. pete
