Exhaust Cut Outs
Has anyone installed an electric exhaust cut out in lieu of an aftermarket exhaust? I saw a video of an Excursion with one on Youtube. If so, how is it? Is it rediculously loud when fully open? Any gains in mileage by leaving it cracked open a little? It seems to me that they would give the best of both worlds and is cheaper than an exhaust to boot. You can buy them for about $180 buck on ebay and the kit comes with everything needed except a welder to put them in! Thanks!
