Almost everytime I get on the gas one of my two mufflers & I do know which one it is will rattle against A support bar that attaches to either side of the body to stop it from flexing. Is there a rubber peice or anything that pep boys or any chain auto place sells a peice to stop that from making contact. My fiance loves the true duel exhaust I put on there the other day but the rattle annoys the hell out of her. Its a 2001 F-150 4.6 v-8 SC with Thrush turbo mufflers sounds REALLY DEEP I mean you cant get any more mellow of a tone than this. Another this is would it be better to use a exhaust hanger to hold the pipe off of that peice or find something to go under it ?

 

hangers can really strengthen exhaust if you have a place to mount one on the underside of the body
