i was installing my dpf/doc delete pipe tonight and i broke the dam pressure sensor taking it off the dpf. i managed to glue it together and get the delete installed and am now running the spartan tunes which btw wow! but im worried about the glue job i did breaking of course. and i managed to bend a egt sensor too. is this something i can go to the dealer for? will they have it in stock? or can i get it online maybe? thanks in advance
Yeah, you can get both from your Ford dealer. All three EGT sensors are the same part, I got mine for about 78 bucks including tax. As for the pressure sensor, I bet your glue job will work. Who made your delete? If it was powerstroker67 he has a nice little fix for you. As for the parts being in stock....hit or miss. My dealer has one of the best service/parts depts in VA but didnt have the EGT sensors in stock. Had to drive out to Waldorf, MD. Nothing but a couple of hours on the road before the happiness ensued...
I'm guessing you broke off the plastic tube on the sensor. If the electrical connection is still good you shouldn't have a problem. I've never gotten a pressure reading since I installed my DPF delete. The sensor costs about $100 at Ford parts.
was there a name on the actual sensor becasue more than likley motorcraft dont make the part themselves. im havin a hell of a time with my dealer. i cant find the piece on motorcraft.com or any ford oe site. i have the number off the sensor and off a parts diagram and yours and still nothing. thanks

Try this number it is also on the Motorcraft box. DPFE-9
thanks 66stang wouldn't happen to know what the part number is for an egt sensor?
Sorry, but no, I don't know any of the part numbers. Just so you know, the price that they sell for on the above linked website is what your dealer pays for the part.
