yes, keep posting even if it is just to say Hi, I'm still here! Or tell us about your truck, your stage of completion, plans, experiences, what the Previous Owner (aka the PO) screwed up etc etc etc. DON'T put it all in one post, start a topic and keep adding to it several times until you reach Nirvana (25 posts) there is a lot more there that will become available to you than just the PM function.

You're right, I need to post more. I visit daily, but don't participate in many threads.
That will change now, I just returned from a trip out west where I bought a really clean '50 F1. It's an original truck with original flathead V8. I'm gonna drive as is for a while then may go to the darkside.
I'll post pictures of "Edwin" soon.

I also visit daily, and post very little. My typing skills are not rated words per minute, rather words per hour! I've towed my 56 around for 25 years, finally getting a start on it.

I dont think this is fair to newer users or people who dont visit very often. we all have questions we'd like to send to the people who know their stuff. some of us simply dont have the time to be on this site posting daily. just my opinion. and one more post closer to the PM option!

LOL.....there's alot of things in this world that aren't fair. Just complain about 15 more times and you won't have to worry about it...lol

I'm just funning ya a little bit. You always have the option of sending an email to someone. Just click on their name in the thread, in the pop up menu box that comes up select "send an email to ________" and then type out your message, question, etc
