Help with private messages
Hi everyone. Have a question about my private messages in the little box on upper right corner of page where you are welcomed into the site. My box says I have 1 unread messages and a total of 2. I click on it and it says I have no unread messages. But the bar graph show that there is 2 in there. How do I get them out? Thanks.

I don't know if this is the problem but if you click on the link to your mailbox it may take you to your "Sent Items" box. You may have to use the drop menu to get to your "Inbox" box. The total listed is the total for both of your boxes.

Thanks again. It says I have 2 stored messages for a total of 30. Then in the box below there is a box for inbox & sent messages. Both say there empty.

I believe that to be correct. As an FTE Supporter, I get an additional 70 messages for a total of 100....be it Sent, Inbox, or stored in folders. Perhaps you have a folder that you accidentally put them in? The drop down menu in your private messages box should show them where they are and the history divided into today/yesterday/1 week ago/ etc...

I got it fixed. I sent myself a message and it showed the new message and I could read it. It also showed my sent message. I then deleted sent and inbox messages. All messages where deleted. And all boxes now show empty and the bar is all green. Dont know why it was doing what is was doing but works now. Thanks for the help.
