Help with private messages

Hi everyone. Have a question about my private messages in the little box on upper right corner of page where you are welcomed into the site. My box says I have 1 unread messages and a total of 2. I click on it and it says I have no unread messages. But the bar graph show that there is 2 in there. How do I get them out? Thanks.

Maybe you have some sent messages that you need to delete?

right click and refresh each page....maybe that'll help.

Then open the private messages inbox, and look for the two messages there.

I don't know if this is the problem but if you click on the link to your mailbox it may take you to your "Sent Items" box. You may have to use the drop menu to get to your "Inbox" box. The total listed is the total for both of your boxes.

I thought it was worth a suggestion.

I think Sean is right, you have 2 Sent messages, no unread messages. The bar graph shows total count of all kinds.

Thanks again. It says I have 2 stored messages for a total of 30. Then in the box below there is a box for inbox & sent messages. Both say there empty.

I got it fixed. I sent myself a message and it showed the new message and I could read it. It also showed my sent message. I then deleted sent and inbox messages. All messages where deleted. And all boxes now show empty and the bar is all green. Dont know why it was doing what is was doing but works now. Thanks for the help.
