Auto/ Push Button Start

I saw a new F150 with a Nissan Start system that included the fob and autostart at a meet and greet club in TX.

It looked like a clean job and was really cool to see...anyone try to do this to convert???

I've seen it before on 2-3 trucks. seems kind of pointless though to me. it adds another step to starting your truck

You still have to insert your key and turn to the "on" position. then you have to press the brake and push the button to start

The Nissan push-button start that I saw you only had to have the key fob in the car with you and then press the brake and push the button. You didn't have to insert the key. This was in an Altima Coupe that I test drove so I don't know if others are different.

that Altima setup is pretty cool. I rented a 2007 Altima and it was nice not having to mess with keys...kinda sucked when you pushed the button too many times accidently and mind-f***ed the PCM
