I'm running 285/70/17 BFGs with no lift and no problems(so far). I'm sure you'd be ok with 305s or 315s

You don't have any problems with rubbing on full lock??

you should be ok with the 305's, but it might be iffy with the 315's. I have a 2" leveling kit and am running 285/65/18 and I still have plenty of room.
