I went to buy an oil filter today at Autozone and when I looked up the filter for a '66 352, the only option was 352-4bbl. I looked at '65 and the only option was 352-2bbl. My 66 has a 2-bbl and I know it was transplanted because the truck was originally a 6 cyl. In any event, I was just wondering were all the 352's in '66 four bbl engines or was that a typo?

The pickups only came with 2 barrel carbs. but it and the 6 cyl used the same filter, FL1.
Bill may know different but I think they all used the same filter back then. I think it was probably in the 80s before Ford changed from only one, but I could be wrong.

The same spin-on oil filter was used from 1957 thru 1995 on all the truck I-6's & V8's (except diesels). The same oil filter was also used on the cars.
Motorcraft FL1A.
1974/76 F100/350 390 only. The 4V carb was an option.
These were the only years an FE equipped F100/350 could be factory ordered with a 4V carb.
