I know theres a thread that shows pics of where alot of people put the Tornado switch in the trucks but I can't find it. I just put my chip in yesterday and Im looking for a good spot.
Does any one remember where its at?.
You're welcome. If I ever get a DP, its either going in bottom hole on the pillar or in one that mounts in front of the instrument panel to the side of the steering wheel.
Anyone know if both ends of the switcher cable are the same? the cable exits the switch going up so I am wondering if I can just switch ends, or I can install a new .100" 10 pin connector going the other way. thanks

Both ends are the same. I just looked at the "upgraded" shielded cable that was sent to me 'a while back'. Did not have any problems with the original, so I never changed it out from the original flat ribbon-style. However, I plan to do this next time I have the chip out for reburn.
Thanks for the quick answer. I see why people smash the connector in the wrong way... The way the connector is 'keyed' is a joke. it 'goes in' either way but only 'fits' one way.
