Try down loading opera mini for a browser, it worked great when I had a crackberry (acts like a regular browser). Know I have a iphone and it is less user friendly, try typing when you can't feel the buttons, it's great for reading though. I just typed this on it.

What worries me is the fact no one can get in touch with anyone. I know what room he's in, I know he got the balloons, But that's all we can find out. Don't even know if he can or wants visitors.
