Spoke to Jim:

He's feeling like crap which is to be expected after surgery, but other than that he's alright. They've got him on painkillers right now. He's excited because he can have salad with tuna on it for dinner.

I didn't tell him about Mark.

Yea. Wasn't really thinking about that part. I just don't know if telling him something like that right after surgery is the best idea.

Plus I didn't know Mark all that well. I was around for maybe 2 or 3 weeks before he checked him in to the hospital. If someone else would like to tell him his number is in the RHN.

I hope no one takes this the wrong way but....one thing I believe is that Mark wouldn't want us moping around a whole lot. He wasn't that way himself and I don't think he would want us to be that way.

We'd probably get bitched at for being mopey....just my .02

Your totally right Scott.....100%. He'll come and kick all our azz's. I firmly believe that.

So here's what I did today, I would never post this but since Mark and I shared careers this is for him. Everyone knows my local lumber yard is going under, so I went out and helped them clean up some. I bought 3 times this much stuff you see here. I got everything at cost and filled up the back seat of the truck.... $470 for around $1000 worth of tools...

Now these are just cool no matter if they suck or not. I mean they say CAT on them, pretty sure I can work twice as hard now...

Haha. First picture the first thing that grabbed my attention was the gloves.

How much would one have to give you for a pair of gloves, Brent?

I agree with you Scott, he wouldn't want to see us sitting around being all mopey over him.... He would understand though.

Nice stuff Brent, did the kids toys in the upper right corner come free with the tools. LMAO.

Hmm. Might have to pick up a few pairs. It's nice to have some clean gloves in the truck in the morning around here.

Those steering wheels get COLD.

Nice.
