Scott, thats cool you guys make those bits, Ive had to deal with alot of those when i was a roughneck working for Champion. The ones we used were probably smaller though, I could lug them around by myself.

Im not sure how long youve been getting back into going to the gym and stuff, but Im wondering if you pulled a muscle in your tummy, or back?
