Good update on Dad:

The pastor from their church went in and was talking to him, and he opened his right eye! it closed slowly, but he's fighting, that's for sure! They also had to put MILD restraints on him to keep him from moving around too much, pulling something out, etc. What do you expect from an Irishman that was recruited by Olympic boxing coaches!! Gotta admit that when I got that news I had to stop everything, I was crying too much.

Today they take out the air & feeding tubes; depending on how things go, he might get a feeding tube direct to his stomach, and a tracheotomy for air. Either way, it's a definite improvement!!

Thank you all so much for the prayers, good thoughts.... everything. You all are so awesome, there just aren't words.... Good morning everybody!!

Did you try flushing it with WD40?I've had the valves stick on my ar tool from laying in the box too long and that normally cures them
If they are stuburn I will fill them with WD40 and let'm soak a while then flush with air tool oil (I actually use Marvel Mystery oil)

That picture is a fake. There are a few details that set it off.

Detail #1) look at the rear wheels. They all look exactly the same. Even the holes in the wheels are in the same exact position. We all know that things dont work that way. Also look at inside the wheel wells, in where you can see the shocks. Its a duplicate image.

Detail #2) the shine spots and shadows don't look quite right, there are sun shines in places where there shouldn't be, and the shadows look pushed. Even though the image is pixelated, I can see spots where details were smudged in an attempt to hide real image data, or to help blend in pieces of an image that has been moved around.

In the places where the image has been stretched, the lights and darks within the paint reflection of the pickup stays stagnant, but in places where you can tell the image has not been stretched, the colors see a constant change in lights and darks...if that makes sense. Take a closer look and you'll see what I mean.

Whoever this is, he/she is pretty good on Photoshop, though.

Well...now I start filling out paperwork for admittance into the University of Iowa's graduate program. They have strict requirements, but I am above that bar so far. I just have to convince them that I deserve in-state tuition.

I got a phone call from my sister Nicole, who is also in grad school. She was hysterical, took me a few minutes to get her calmed down. She's having a hard time with her program, she was telling me how hard it was and how she dislikes her mentor for the teacher's education program. Sorta put me on edge for a bit.

I am pretty sure I am officially unenrolled from the "other" school. I sent that signed receipt confirmation letter, and she got it yesterday. They can't say I didn't inform them, and if I get a bill its WAR!
