The tensioner is on the passenger side. Look for the double pulleys about 4" in diameter each. The bracket that holds these pulleys has a 1/2 square drive hole in it for a breaker bar (or big ratchet if you don't have a breaker bar). If you snap the breaker bar into the hole, pull the bar toward the wheel on the passenger side. This will release the tension on the belt allowing you to remove it easily.
I find it useful to have a helper with me, so they can remove the belt while I hold the tensioner back.
