First off,91 and 92 are two different front end styles,in case you didn't know.
The doors on your truck currently will work with the new front end.If your doors are rusty, then any door from 1980-1983 F100,1980-1996 F150 and F250 will work. You will have to get the hood, fenders, grille, headlight bezels, bumper, and I believe the radiator reinforcement panel also from the newer truck. As far as I know, most of it bolts up.You may have to drill a couple holes, but nothing majorly extensive.Alot of people have done this before. There will be more guys on here in the mornin with experience in front clip swaps that will be able to help you a thousand times better.Good luck!

Sycostang67 has an '85 chassis with an updated clip.

If I recall, it all fits right on once you've changed the radiator support.

The easiest way is to unbolt the whole front clip as one piece and install it. I have never done it myself, but remember guys who have, say the lower fender bolt down low on each side is a little different but can be modified to work, and the front frame horns are a little bit different, so the later model front bumper needs a little modification to bolt on.

I can't remember if they said the wiring will plug in or not. Of course your headlight plugs will be different, but if the wiring will plug into the main plug, that may not be a problem.

The lower fender bolt problem can be fixed by bending the tab or using "L" brackets. I just cut the headlight plugs off the new truck and spliced them into my truck. The wires were all the same colors so it was easy. Everything previously stated is also correct.
