eh thats pretty rough especially for a 3 year old truck
it had the oil cooler replaced once which is a pretty common problem but they usually replace the egr cooler with it, then the egr cooler ended up failing in feb of 07. the turbo was just cleaned last month when it probably should have been replaced since this is the second time they have had to clean it. Not really a common problem on a truck with as high of miles as the one your looking at. It also had an oil leak and was running rough but theres not any details onto what they did to fix it.
Looks like all the claims were back when it was new and haven't been any problems since then? I'd go for it, looks like the standard EGR and Turbo problems. No head or injector problems there and those are what you should be afraid of.
