its basically a report from ford showing what has been done to your vehicle by Ford.
You can get one from the dealer.
When I asked for mine last year the service manager said "where did here that term from?" I told him here "not many people know to ask for that, we call something different now but we know what you mean."

When I went into ford, I asked for an Oasis report and they had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up receiving a report that showed any recalls, and basically a translation of the VIN. Like color, options, engine, etcetera. No indication of any work done what so ever. I suppose there must be a different name for the report that we all are looking for.

to be honest I dont remember what he said it called. Its been about year now, and at the time I wasnt smart enough to share that info here. Ill try to remember to go down there next week and ask again.
