no, prolly not...took me, shoot, i don't even remember how many years til i had money AND found the right truck at the same time. but she's worth every penny
uh-oh where is it coming from? hopefully not the new fuel pump?
i think i found it...just to the right of the filter bowl- not sure yet what "it" is, maybe one of those !@#$ sensors that seem to be notorious for leaks. it's a fast steady drip; i'll take a picture tomorrow and gonna go look at my service manuals next
john- i left her with both tanks full, so you didn't have to fill her up on the way down, right?
i assume that "to the right" is while you are standing on the bumper looking down. if so then my guess is that its the fuel filter restriction sensor, half aluminum, half plastic with a single wire on it. if so you can buy a new sensor or get a pipe plug

yeah, driver's side...i'm still gonna take a picture at some point today when i feel better

those half plastic things are usually such crappy plastic.
and that's why i hate letting people work on her when i'm not there to watch; plus it's an autozone filter

ouch, i'm sorry...how much did she take? if you didn't reset the trip odometer then this has gotten to be a fairly bad leak
and if she took 11 gallons...that's putting my mpg at about 13. she usually gives me about 17...although i def wasted some fuel on monday night. do i have a prayer in the world that the sensor (or whatever "it" is) is leaking that badly?
cheaper to just put a plug in it, you wont ever see the light unless you dont beleive in changing fuel filters, then when it plugs solid the light comes on.
