this is my plan of atk lower my carrier bearing fill my clutch fluid and changed the bushing on my pedals

hey joe f350 which gears are they grindin in? cuz i had the exact problem as you w my t19 and turns out 3rd and 4th synchro was broke in two pieces just hangin there id take the floor pan an top of trany off and take a look first but that def wut it sounds lik to me

it not all the time it mosty when first start the truck i top off the fluid and i changed bushing and i droped my carriar bearing but i still have to but the rear ujoint back in
