Sounds like you need to check your clutch operating mechanism.
Check the fluid level. Check for fluid leaks. Check the firewall for flexing around the master cylinder and check the pedal mounting.
davemy trany isnt wantin to shift and to gear and when i press the clutch to shift it stars grinding gears i was asking if the shop could have used bad part of done a half *** job of could the tranny be over pack with fluid
The first thing I would check is clutch master cylinder fluid level.
Check #2 have someone push the clutch in while you watch the clutch master cylinder.
If you see movement, the fire wall is cracked.
Fire walls are known to crack, the master cylinder moves enough that the clutch does not engage far enough for smooth shifts.
As it gets worse, you will not be able to get it in and out of gear at all.
PS you should check this before you kill the new tranny.
If the firewall is cracked, it's not actually the tranny at fault.
