What oil did they use in the trans........ the T19 manual states

SAE 50 engine oil above.... 0*F
SAE 30 engine oil below.... 0*F

If they used 90 wt gear oil that would cause some problems with shifting....

Sounds like you need to check your clutch operating mechanism.
Check the fluid level. Check for fluid leaks. Check the firewall for flexing around the master cylinder and check the pedal mounting.

All I am going to say is this, the harder a post is to read, the less help a person is likely to get.

If you can't figure out what is being asked, it is very hard to answer with correct information.

The first thing I would check is clutch master cylinder fluid level.

Check #2 have someone push the clutch in while you watch the clutch master cylinder.
If you see movement, the fire wall is cracked.

Fire walls are known to crack, the master cylinder moves enough that the clutch does not engage far enough for smooth shifts.
As it gets worse, you will not be able to get it in and out of gear at all.

PS you should check this before you kill the new tranny.
If the firewall is cracked, it's not actually the tranny at fault.

There is a repair kit available through Ford to repair the firewall. I figured they would have all been fixed by now...
