02 Explorer Headliner removal

02 Explorer Headliner removal
I am trying to remove my headliner and I was wondering if anyone had any advice or suggestions before I attempt this. I am getting a horrible rattling noise from behind somewhere in the rear seats from what I think is roof. I already check to make sure the roof rack is tight and it is. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.
