hole in pillar

i installed my gauges a couple of weeks ago and so far so good except.....the big hole left by my grab handle...has anyone that put the two gauge pod on the pillar put something or done something to cover up the hole?

You didn't get the full length Pillar?

Since you already have the pod mounted, I guess you don't want to move it up. Have you tried the plugs from the handle in the new holes? They maynot be an exact fit, but aslong as they cover the bulk of the hole, you can silicone it place. Baring that, you can get a little piece of black grille cloth or small hole metal mesh, mold and glue it in place. It would look almost like you added a tweeter there.

i think thats probably what im gonna be doing...adding wire mesh...im not sure they make a 2 gauge full length plus i got it really quickly bc i my buddy at uti was coming down for the wknd and i kinda made the purchase in haste...thanks for the idea...i kinda thought that but wasnt sure what it would look like
