OK guys, Ive been smelling fuel in the cab for awhile now, This AM I noticed a dark spot in the gravel after I started the my truck,it was about a foot both ways,it wasnt a puddle so thats why Im calling it a black spot,Im thinkin maybe its seeping out from where the fuel drain is and being blown from the fan at start up, Ok I know the fuel drains in the front of the passenger side head,I have the orings for the drain valve, where else should I be looking for leaks? If I let it sit for like 2 hours it leaves a small drip on the ground.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....thx..

The fuel drain valve is the most common problem. Sometimes the fuel bowl cap can leak if the o-ring is not in properly. The fuel drain valve will leak more when the fuel bowl is under pressure. Turn the key to the on position to get the fuel pump to pressure up the bowl, then look around the cap and the drain tube.
Ive looked at it while running and the fuel bowl is not wet like its the cap,I just replaced the fuel filter last week with the one that has the cap attached(NAPA says thats what theyre going to), anyway, its not leaking around the cap.

I have been using both type fuel filters for a while now. Be sure to keep your old cap, some places only have one style or the other.
I would think the 0-rings in the valve are the problem.
OK,after further inspection its definately the drain valve. Its draining through the tube in front of the head while running AND after I shut it off, will the orings cause that too or would that be the valve itself?

Phil. Look at this, it shows how and what you need to change the o-rings. click here.
Yeah, I actually went friday and scooped up some Viton orings from a local supplier in Greensboro, I was just fishin for anything else that could use some attention that may have been causing the masses problems.

That's normal, it will drip after the engine is shut off until the level of fuel in the bowl is below the port for the drain valve. The valve is a simple creature, I don't see much chance for failure in the valve itself unless someone overtightened the bolts and cracked it.
