It just seems like it shifts so hard, like I need to let off the peddle when shifting. Does the superchip mess with the shifting? Its mostly from second to third and when the TC locks.

I don't know if that makes more sence or not.
OK. Your trans shifts hard. We get that. Timeline please. When did the superchips go in. When did it start shifting hard? Have you tried removing the superchips and seeing what it does? Once again. TIMELINE.
Mostly since the superchip 2 years maybe. I will go uninstall it to stock and see what happends. I noticed it more when towing.
Sorry I am not he greatest and explaning things.
The superchips MIGHT be PARTLY responsible for it. Someone might have done a VB install. Can't be sure. IF it shifts as normal after the superchips is gone, you might decide to get a BTS VB and see if it works better for you. Then you can get a DP-Tuner program. Hard shifting like that is tough on the transmission among other things. My 60HP Tow Tune shifts firm but a lot easier than the 80 Econo which is not meant for towing.
VB mods and tuning need to be compatible. The standard aftermarket tuning will usually increase line pressure thru the EPC solenoid and "stack" with VB mods, causing even harder shifts. This is where custom tuning comes in. The tuning needs to "match" the type of VB mods you have done to work properly. I need have my DP Tuner reburned for my trans mods, but am waiting until I do the injectors so I only have to pay for one custom burn for each tune. Right now it will shift so aggressive it can be scary at WOT. I am just taking it east until I can get this done. It is more noticable in my DP tow tunes.
