Over drive light and button.
Hi new here I have a 99.5 f250 4X4 four door. And the O/d light dose not come on when I press the button so I have no idea if O/D is working or not.
I replaced the button and the fuse and it was a no go still nothing. Any help would be great I already did the wd-40 fix to the door latches and that worked great.

pull off the shifter, there are wires that run down the middle of the shifter to the colum, where they come out of the shifter they are most likley rubbed through the insulation, you can fix this by pulling the wires out soldering and heatshrinking them, I have been down the same road with mine. about a 20 min. fix
