why does my boost max at 25psi?
I'm aware that over 25psi the stock turbo isn't efficient. With that said, with my 100hp DP tune it should make well over 25psi according to Jody. All my mods are in my signature.

You have the OBA, so that's not it... Have you tried unhooking your waste gate line (red tube connected to the actuator on the back of the compressor housing)? I was getting 27-28psi, but got surge. Until I put the WW on, and that cured the surge, so I ran without waste gate connected all the time.

Okay, you should see a little more than that, even with the surge (that's the issue I had). Make sure all your boots are tight, and double check your up-pipe job to make sure it's still not leaking. I'm hitting 28-29 right now with my non-wastegated van turbo. Could also be the wastegate pushing open at the high end. Did you tighten the wastegate actuator arm yet?
