Pat that would be better than what I was doing. Last Monday my wife and I were in the process of putting 800 lights on a pine tree in our yard when we started getting wet, slushy, crappy snow falling, you know the kind that makes you wet right trhough your clothes as soon as it hits you.
Needless to say, the work stopped on that when we ran out of lights. It took 1500 lights to complete the project
Neil, when I get the thread up, you'll have to post a pic!
No problem, I still have to put up some lights on my porch and finish decorating the tree and some additional items in the house. Most of our ornaments are Hallmark ones and we have several series of them. I will also add some of the inside decorations.
BTW.... DE has not had a post by a chapter member in 7 hours. I posted a slacker comment, feel free to add to it
Evening guys... got back home today, had a great time in AZ. It was a little chilly for Arizona, only in the 60's until yesterday when it finally got up to 79.
u look pretty comfortable there Rob! cryin shame ur going to have to come back to the snowy cold weather of us northerners lol.
how's it going Jerry? it looks like it's my trucks turn to take a dump, the head gasket went to hell today and so did my radiator, o well i guess, i think she's got enough for one last ride to cbus (why can't it break down within only a few miles of home??)...
Looks like nice riden skies Rob. I will be taking off for Cabo on Friday so will be laying on the beach drinking margaritas soon! Have any of you ever gotten on Pandora.com? It lets you build your own radio stations - pretty cool. If you like music give it a shot.
Now i'm jealous Rob,mine is tucked away in storage til spring, glad you had fun, sorry to hear about your truck Ken,Found a wrecked truck your vintage with a 300 6 in it, probably get it cheap, guy said it run good
hey thanks Randy, i may have to keep that in mind...still tryin to decide if i wanna put forth the cash for an overhaul right now (w/ the kind of miles on that sucker, and the way it ticks, there's no way i'm just going to put in a gasket...) i've got the engine in my truck already and another one in a parts truck sitting at home w/ a blown 300 ripe for the rebuilding...so i'll just have to see how things play out... pretty nice day out today, get anything done on ur project?
