No, it is just like clutch chatter. Usually caused by old fluid.

I tried the OD lockout and it seemed to not do it at least not that i could tell. I will look at changing the fluid this weekend. Any suggestions on the best way to do this?

IMO Locking out the Over Drive just mask the problem, you are just increasing the RPM, and the low torque factor that makes the engine stumble because cylinder(s) aren't firing, isn't there any more. Drop your speed to that RPM with the OD disengaged, and give the engine a little gas, but not enough to downshift and I bet the stumbling will come back. With transmission troubles, you are going to get all kinds of wierd shifting problems at all different speeds. If your tranmission fluid is overdue for a change then get it changed. Dealer charges $170, to drop the pan, change all the fluid and filter, which is the only way to do it. (BTW if the assembly plug is still in the pan, the pan has never been dropped) I don't trust the fluid changing machines as you get some of what ever was in the last trasmission in your tranmission including the wrong fluid which is death to these transmissions.
