engine miss code shows #4 cyl

code for #4 cylinder miss comes on. I have changed the plug and wire and it improved slightly but code reappears and engine miss is still occuring. It is getting spark according to the in line tester. Could it be the coil pack? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Most likely the COP was/is the problem. If you want to check it before buying a new one just switch the COP to another cylinder. The code should go to the other cylinder.
