2000 f-150 5.4 missing

2000 f-150 5.4 stuttering or hesitating when accellerating
i have a miss or studder when taking off from a stop or when giving gas at highway speed but only seems to miss when gas is applied changed the fuel filter and still misses someone told me the throttle position sensor where is this located and is it hard to change

Actually you probably have an intermintent COP (coil over plug). Check your #4 (rear pass back plug). Heater hose has a tendency to leak on that coil pack.
Has your truck given a code yet? If so, get a code reader it should tell you what cyclinder is missing.

#5. The computer did show a miss on #5 with no engine light on. Take your truck and get the codes pulled.
