Rust Issues: Radius Arms

I'm in the process of overhauling the whole front suspension on our 82 Bronco. I pulled the drivers side radius arm out to replace the bushings and found that the factory rubber bushing had rotted and that section of the radius arm had as well. Now the new bushings fit on real loose. I measured the right side which looked ok and was getting around .875 on average. The left side came out at .636 at the lowest point I could find. It tapers down to that diameter as it gets closer to the threads. I was wondering if anyone else has seen this or has had to deal with it. I got a price on a used one at $45.00 but am not sure if that is good or not. I have no idea what these cost from Ford and probably do not want to know. If anyone has any ideas or sources on where I might be able to get a decent one that would be great. I need to get this truck fixed asap and I just do not feel safe running that old radius arm the way it is rotting away.

I've got the radius arms off of my 94 Bronco in my garage if you are interested in one or both of them. Let me know what part of the country you are in.
