Good Afternoon...

I have been searching to see if i can find a solution..

I have asked on a tech support forum for some help..

I'll let you know if they come up with anything..

One thing we can try is to check the multimedia settings in IE...

Open IE then select Tool, Internet options..

Select the advanced tab..

Scroll down to the Multimedia section..

Let me know if any are unchecked...

If they are you can check off all of them and see if that helps

The only one that was unchecked was "Show image download placeholders"

I checked it and will see if that makes a difference,,,

Have you tried viewing FTE through a different web browser, or updated your browser lately?
