05-07's will fit, but need a harness and a lil bit of cutting
08's ??? assume you coudl use a whole front end from an 08 and mate it up lol

If you go 02-04 style lights make sure to get ALL the adjustment screws with them, they are apparently an endangered species and you can only get replacements from Ford if you buy the whole headlight. I got free lights, but no adjusters and have had several people scour wrecking yards and came up dry every time.

agreed, I went with the smoked lense, think it fits nice with the black.

So, If you try to swap the up to '04 headlights into an earlier truck like a '99 you can't use the adjusting screws from the original '99 lights??
