I know it. This is one of the better self policing forums on this board. I've never thought of myself as the forums sitter.....I hope I don't act that way
Thanks. I can count the number of times I've been sick in my life on one hand. I think this is the first time I've ever missed work because of an actual sickness. Got a penecillion shot in the *** today, so I'm feeling pretty decent tonight.
Scott did she have both hands on your shoulders when you got that shot?

Don't you just love sinus colds I force myself to get up and go just so I feel better.
I've got a 230 amp welder with a 10,000 watt generator that holds around 10 gallons of gas, so I'm good there. It's just not worth getting things all hooked up if the power will only be out for a couple of hours.
We did have a bird get into a switching station one summer about 10 years ago, that left us without power for 2 days. Knocked out power to everything around me. Had to drive about 20 miles to find a gas station that had power to buy gas for the generator. This was nothing in comparison.
Wow, I remember that story about the bird, wild... 10,000 watts, nice..

I got it at 12 years old and i couldn't breath, was in an oxygen bubble and in the hospital it seemed like forever.
No bubble for me but the no breathing thing scared the poop out of me. I never had problems with breathing before and that was what forced me to see the doc. A couple of rounds of x-rays just to see how bad it was. I finally was able to take some asthma medication to break it up and get it out.

I only got really sick 3 times while I went through school. First grade with the chicken pox, 3rd and 6th with the flu. Nothing after that. It sucked not being able to stay home sick.
