summit cat back
i was wondering if anyone has used th summit cat back for the 87-96 trucks. im really considering purchasing the 3inch dual outlet or possibly the 2 1/4 dual outlet. if i go with the 3 inch will it be to little back pressure on a 302? i really want to get some serious sound out of this thing out spendin a bunch of money. and 150 to 160, sounds good to me. any info would be great. thanks

The muffler would provide plenty of backpressure, even with 3" tailpipes.
Also I wouldn't expect too "serious" of a sound, those kits come with a cheap turbo-style muffler, and are probably pretty quiet.

yeah i know they got a cheepo turbo muff, but ive heard those muffs on other vehicles and they sound ok. but hell i could always replce the muff with somthin else and use pipes. i was wonderin if anyone else had used the system or how they sounded on these trucks. thanks
