I feel you Nolan. Imagine how we feel. DP/Smokin was our crown jewel here and they are taking it on the road. I know they have to do what they have to do but I am upset. I enjoyed that get together. Did I mention I am upset?

My dad always told me that I should never forget where I came from. I guess I just applied it here. My bad.

The business of business is always business. If we forget this, we will run out of business.

Maybe I should mind my own business.

Wow, I am truely saddened over this. I had no idea so many people would not understand our situation.

For those of you planning to attend, infomation will be up as soon as possible as to accomodations and area ammenities. Its a beautiful part of our country with a lot of family things to do there.

You will need to watch the smokin website or TDG for that information.

Why? Jody and I have had 2 gtg's here in GA within 1 month of each other and no one from FTE came that I'm aware of. 1 event posted on the site in events and 1 event in the GA chapter. That's 2 parties you've missed already. Where we are in GA ain't that far from TN.

TS is a good central location! Nothing against DP cause I obviously run their great stuff. But, I don't think the entire MW powerstroke freaks should right off having fun cause the party went to PA.....

Its really a big deal for us Diane, its the only thing we have this way and for members who were western part of this big country it puts them several hundred more miles out and with the cost of fuel they can't make it. We understand business is business and with you not controlling the event no more its not in your hands so really we are just venting our frustration on you when it should be Wayne and TDG.

There should be no venting to anyone. It was decided by all of us to have it in PA. Wayne can't be in G-burg no more than we can be there. How can we have an event there if none of the the people paying for it can be there?

We will always be a co-sponosr of Smokin. Jody and I just have too much going on between now and then to organize it. I will have my race truck back over the winter and there will be too many other product projects coming out mid next year for me an Jody to plan it this go around. We need to be thankful that Wayne is having it in PA or Smokin would be have been cancelled all together.

Alot of us don't tend to travel out of this forum to often if you can't post the event due to some FTE regulations rely they information to a member here to post it. GA isn't to far away that might be a good idea, does Dunbar set his dyno up there aswell?

Cool, so some might not go to PA or go to TS or any other event in the midwest. Smokin in the Smokies some how led people it would be an event in the Smoky Mountains.

Love ya......and your tunes.

Diane
Diane, what are the odds of FTE ,DP-Tuner and some other sponsors coming together to throw an event at one of your get togethers, in or around the Atlanta area?
