I may need to become a supporter to be prevlidged to some options. Like changing Junior User to Desert Fox if I get my new user name. I looked around at peoples posts and the supporters seem to be the only ones with that option.

You know me - given sick leave when I was on acdu the fridge got full of brew, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, new salsa's I never tried - and the freezer filled up with rolled tacos and chimichangas...

I could live forever with a microwave, a toaster oven, and a bottle opener!

*Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are only acceptable if they have jalapeno slices in them, you should try that

**The only people I ever heard of that were actually ruined by spoiling themselves are Elvis Pressley and Caligula - both of whom had resources that I lack!
that sounds so much better than what I have....

4 cases of 1 litre bottled spring water
6 gallon jugs of spring water
3 gallons filtered water
16 lbs of crushed ice
5 lb bag of whey protein
2 lbs of ground coffee
3 boxes cream of wheat cereal
bullion cubes chicken and beef
3 gallons 1% milk
1 gallon beef stew stock (leftover from last weeks beef stew-strained)
200 chewable multivitamins
200 chewable calcium supplements
1 prescription vicodin 5mg/500 mg acetaminaphen

nowhere near as tasty as your recovery!

thanx Ken, same to you and yours!!

for those of you out of the loop, I had gastric lap band surgery, thursday..

I was up to 428 lbs in July when I saw the surgeon, and was down to 392 before the surgery...

I have lesions on my legs due to poor circulation, which I will be able to heal now that i am losing weight. I am making an appointment with the wound center in Tempe,az

I have little pain from the surgey...I just woke up and havent taken any pain killers!

here is a pic of the scars left from surgery!

I know you wont be able to change your user title unless you become a supporter. You should be able to quote people though. You should see 3 boxes in the bottom right corner of a post, the first one is "quote", second one has a + mark on it, the last one is a quick responses option (I think). When you see something that you want to quote you should be able to just hit the quote (1st box) button and it should take you to another screen, once you get to the other screen just type away. Just be sure you dont erase anything that surrounds the quote([/quote]) it will change the way it looks if you do.

Those are little incisions. Atleast they didn't have to cut you from belly to chest. I hope you can get in with the wound center quickly!! Take it easy and if you need anything dont hesitate to give me a call, you should have my cell number.

Just make sure you take it easy and follow docs orders, I know that is much easier said than done though.

I am doing good...learning to take smaller bites...its tough!

the hardest part is taking smaller sips of water!

I am so used to chugging nearly a quart of water or gatorade when thirsty...cant do that anymore!
