Good morning everyone. I'm going to skip work today. All of that bush-whacking that we did yesterday morning seems to have taken a toll on various body parts.

Yeah, Brady - buy that property. It's only $20 million from what I understand.

oh yeah $20 mill no big deal....do they offer 10,000 year morgages yet?
