I rarely watch the show with my wife but Julianne Hough is beautiful! I can't believe she's only 20. Guess that makes me a dirty old man.

its hard because they have these prices for short sales that are just so low that they are stupid and will never get accepted, and i am having a hard time with north county or south county (divided around irvine)....
