I don't know what forum to post this in but I found out about powerstrokeshop from here so I guess it fits. Feel free to move it.
I ordered the upfitter switch kit for my 06 f250 25 days ago. After two weeks I sent them a msg and they said it'd ship that day. I have tried calling many many times and noone ever answers. The website still says processing. I've sent more messages and do not get a response anymore. Their website says the upfitter switches are in stock.
Anyone deal with powerstrokeshop? Did they disappear or do they just not want to send me my switches.
I've never had a problem with them. I even got a phone call when they thought I had ordered a part that wouldn't fit my truck.
I'd say try the phone one more time, and if you don't hear back from them today, call tomorrow and let them know the order is canceled and not to ship or charge anything to you, then visit one of our other dealer sponsors.
I've dealt with them two different times, once for my upfitter switches and another for some additional parts and their service and shipping time has been excellent. Communication was mainly by email - never spoke with them on the phone, but I never had any problems at all so I didn't need to call. Last time I had any dealings with them was about four months ago, so I can't comment if something has changed since then.
I bought my upfitters from them about 8 months ago. They had the best price. Ordered online and received them in a timely manner. Never had to talk to them. Was very satisfied with service.
I ordered a few things from them at Christmas time last year and had great response and quick shipping, etc. Since then I have emailed and messaged them through their site and I never get a response. I'm not sure what's going on over there, but I now deal with Ed (FTE Parts Guy). He is a supporter of this site, responds to you immediately, and his prices are comparable to powerstrokeshop's. Look him up at ftepartsguy.com.

I bought the TowCommand System and Upfitter switches from them for my '06 F-250 SD and got it all within a week. Ordered off the phone. The guy (cant remember his name) was very helpful. But this was 2 years ago, things could have changed.
Doesn't matter now, Ed from FTEPartsGuy managed to reply to my messages within minutes so I ordered from him. Now I just have to figure out how to cancel my powerstrokeshop order.
