Not at all. I didnt say bad about BTS or JW trannys. I simply said that there were other tranny builders out there that could do just as good as these two do and probly pay alot less.(not in those exact words) My tranny builder has been in the trans business for a long time and has done many many 4R100 trannys and has never had one break or not fuction right and stands behind his units with a killer warrenty. I was at his shop today with my shatrolet Express scanning the codes and he was on his second 4R100 this week. He is a great guy and is local so if I ever did have an issue I dont have to ship my shat any where and play the waiting game. Enough said!!

Nobody, not JW, BTS, etc, etc, is that good. Make enough trannys and a few will break. In the years BTS and JW have been sending out trannys, I'll bet they had a few that broke.

Mine is for as long as I own the unit. He even warrantied a trans when it was obviously not maintained like it should be. No "abuse" loopholes, no power limits. Within 2 yrs, he pays for shipping. Outside of that, you pay for shipping at his commercial rate. IIRC, some have even said it transfers to the next truck if you move the trans. So what is your "killer warranty"?
