Great way to talk to respected members of the forum. Sorry if we gave you a bunch of legal crap, some people here actually have moral values.

Wow.
Right you are. Glad this is the exception instead of the rule here.

While I can't be 100% sure, I highly doubt it.

Why don't we do more banning on this site?

well, if you want to intentionally destroy the engine, just take the oil plug out of the oil pan. and drive it away till the engine seizes. .
or cut the lower radiator hose, wait till all the coolant is drained out, and drive it away till it heat seizes.

this will cause way more damage than over revving the engine, and you will get the satisfaction to know that you alone were responsible for destroying the engine.

and then do it to the next truck they give you, and continue doing it till there are no more trucks left running.

then you will not have to worry about driving the trucks anymore.

Sadly, YES!

But there seems to be a preponderance of it in "this great nation of ours".

Please don't nuke this thread.
No need to call someone out when they step up to the plate.

I'm not very familiar with this engine particular drivetrain, but I wonder if it would shut down before damage occured? I'll bet it would with no coolant at least. It appears to be pretty smart. Smarter than the original poster anyway as it has foiled him so far.

Put quartz dust in the oil, the motor will be trashed in under 1000 miles
A quart of bleach will wash out the bearings fast, but would be hard to explain

IDK why they would and I'm not sure why this thread has not been deleted and the OP banned.

you are 100% correct Mike.
it is a computer controlled engine.

when the computer senses no oil pressure or high coolant temp, it will automatically cut off fuel flow.

and Andy, you should know by now that i never give out useful info.

Mike and Tom are right.

Engine will run for a very short time with a low coolant level warning, or low oil pressure warning. The ECM will shut it down in very quick order.
