The 03 motor had the same rating as the 05 and later vehicles but when dynoed the 04 and earlier motors had more power at the rear wheel. Ford changed changed the scheme in late 04 or 05. I have an 05 still and it cannot pull like my 04 did and the 05 pulls right along with my 08. the 04 would have pulled away from it. Look at the dyno numbers in my attachments page and compare the rear wheel numbers to the numbers people are getting on the 6.4 without double stacking. I had a Banks kit which did not give you the most power compared to others out there but my numbers are higher than most of the dynoed results on the 6.4 I have seen so far. makes me go HMMMMM....

You did answer the question I just did not elaborate. Thanks again and here was my line of thinking. When these things go into regen you lose power so I am not sure how we are not seeing eye to eye on this. I realize when it is not in regen you have full power. I go into regen alot here due to the traffic, hills and people that just can't drive the speed limit or even close to it. I realize that comparisons between Seattle's poor road infrastructure and wide open texas highways are not possible. This is where my mind was when I was asking.
