TC Locking and Unlocking w/turnsignal?

Ive had this problem before in the past but it just kinda went away on it own so i forgot about, but now its back and gotten worse.
When im driving around 45mph-57ishmph and turn my turnsignal on (in either direction) my rpms jump about 1000 or so. Theres no speed increase just rmp increase. When it first started happening it was kinda quick sum then like up down now its like up down.
Now from what i have learn via this fabouls forum, im thinking sum how when i turn my turnsignal on its locking up my tc?

Check your brake lights for burnt bulbs. If they are ok then its most likly your multifunction switch. Oh and I hope you ment 100 instead of 1000.

For some reason the PCM sees it as a brake application and unlocks the torque convertor and cancels the cruise control.

I thought I read somewhere that the third brake light completes the ground ,,or something to that effect...

Yeah, something like that, but I can't remember exactly how or why it does it. And a bad multi function switch will also cause the same problem.
