Reciever hitch plus underbed spare?

Does anyone have a receiver hitch and an underbed spare tire? I'm trying to figure out if they will both fit. If you do, and know what brand/model you have, please post it.

This is for a 1968 F-100

I had the same dilemma and tried a Valley from LMC(I think).Had to do some minor mods to get the rear spare tire hold down bolt to clear-drill hole,elongate-and minor mods to the spacers.I still don't know if my rear bumper will clear,I may need to add some spacers.Overall, nice quality and good fit.Tell us what you end up with!

Anything's possible with a torch and welder-
I set my hitch high, and modified the receiver off my old truck to tuck inside the frame on my 72. 1/2" plates on either end, and eight grade 8 bolts hold it to the frame. Cut a hole in the bumper, and when I'm not towing, I pull the hitch and put the plate back there. I didn't care about this tailgate, so I just ran some self tapping screws in to hold the plate for now.

Using a setup like this, there's all the room in the world for the spare.

I used a Hidden Hitch I got from JCW and it bolts to the bottom of the "C" channel frame and extends out back so as to have the receiver underneath the bottom of the step of my stock bumper. I don't have a spare under there to check but just eyeballing it there does seem to be alot of room.

Hope this helps.

i use a 2004 F150 spare tire carrier that was an easy install and a custom reciever hitch I made from 3/16th steel tubing and plate. the receiver comes out right behind the liscense plate, the plate is on a spring mechanism I made that just flips down to install the hitch and install the pin then remove the hitch and the plate flips back into place when not towing. I did this setup since I will hardly ever be towing with my truck but its there if I want it and its very clean looking when not in use.

That's what I intend to do with my truck at some point, but set it so the plate flips up since there's nowhere for it to flip down to.
I may have to look back into having the spare underneath, I'm going to need all my cargo space for a bit.
