interior spray paint
interior spray paint
Has anybody used it?I was thinking about useing interior spray paint and spray painting my interior door panels black(there grey now).I've never done it before and I'm not sure how it's going to turn out and I don't want too wreck my interior.
What do you think?Good idea or no?

People have had good luck with SEMs products. I've never done more than an autometer A-pillar pod, but they have all come out nice. I've used VHT and Ford interior sprays, I wipe the part down with alcohol three or four times. Then I lightly spray 4-6 coats over a day. It's not particularly smooth, but it looks decent.

When it gets scratched the original molded in color will show through. That being said the way I usually change the color is clean it well, use plastic primer, and then a few very thin paint coats.
