Question Cleaning the interior?

The interior of my truck has small little tiny rust pits coming through the paint. Other than stripping the paint and re-painting, is there anything that I can use to minimize these?

Are these just surface rust? I wouldn't strip the paint. Just sand the bad spots and put some paint on.

I will try that. From what I can tell they are just surface rust. Thanks for the tip.

Another alternative would be to clean the spots by applying meguirars cleaner wax with some 000 grade or finer steel wool and buff it with a towel. It sounds crude but works good for removing rust stains from white paint and little pits in paint.
