As some of you know, Rick is installing bellowed up pipes, hpox and some kind of a new turbo-thingy.
I am here to provide you all with info. True info, more or less.
Last night we got off to a bad start. The fish were biting so good all we did was gaze 'neath some hoods. No doubt Rick's was cleanest. Mine was the most nasty.
Anyhow....the old turbo is off. The new is on. Pipes too. Absolutely no sweat....well....not all that bad. Rick did sweat some blood. Yes I do have pics. They will come soon.
We are breaking for lunch. NOT roadkill.....subway sammiches...damn good.
And before this goes much further, you simply MUST be told this....Roland is the 'cat's ***' with wrenches and knowledge and ability. Hats off to ya man.
Give me a short bit and I will give you some teaser shots.
Just another reason that I wish I was in Texas right now...great post...but get the dang pictures up. I gota' go to bed now, been driving all night - the pictures better be up when I awake! Hiney shots indeed - too scary !
I think I need to start heading south to get in on this . Like Neal said we EXPECT pictures by tonight to see Rick's new truck and freshly cleaned engine bay.
Must say it sounds like a good time, having the trucks together swapping labour chores under the hoods, though there truely is no better way then having to climb up than in, to work on her
Yikes! At least they ain't plumbers by trade! Ha Ha! Glad I got the Ol' Mans one of those topside creepers for his birthday. It'll really come in handy the next time I'm under the hood like that!
